| 摘 要： | 为了对企业知识实施高效的管理,研究了基于企业资源计划(ERP)的知识管理系(KMS).首先应用霍尔三维结构将ERP同KMS在方法论层面进行比较分析,提出了一种基于ERP的企业KMS模型框架;其次,从管理思想、软件、系统角度分别阐述了从规划到实现过程中ERP同KMS构建的相互作用和影响,并给出了基于ERP的KMS实施步骤.

| Abstract: | To further reinforce enterprise management and improve the entire quality of enterprises,a new model about knowledge management system(KMS) is advanced based on enterprise resource planning(ERP) .
