楼宇冷热电联供系统成本分摊方法研究

摘    要:多产品系统的成本分摊问题,是运用热经济学方法分析能量系统的关键环节之一。这里分析了现有的热电联供系统成本分摊的主要方法,指出了各种方法的实质,提出一种成本分摊的新方法——“价格系数法”。分别运用3种方法分摊了楼宇冷热电联供(BCHP)系统热电之间的成本,并进一步计算制冷部分的成本。实际BCHP系统的分析表明,“价格系数法”将联供带来的好处合理分配给冷电热三部分,有效解决了三联供系统的成本分摊问题。

Abstract:Cost allocation of co-product system plays a very important role in analyzing energy system. This article analyzed main forthcoming methods of cost allocation of CHP system and expounded a new cost allocation method, the method of price-coefficient. The costs of unit amount of exergy of cool, heat, and electric power were calculated through apportionment of the overall cost of a typical system among the cool, heat, and power with the method of work ability and the method of price-coefficient calculation. Discussions display that the method of price-coefficient is valid.
