摘    要:自精品课程建设项目启动以来,精品课程的发展数以万计,但很多并未在实践中得到有效的应用,失去本应有的“活力”.继精品课程之后,精品开放课程、徼课、慕课等新一轮开放课程资源接踵走入广大高等教育及远程教育研究者、管理者、教育者和学习者的视野.为避免正在如火如荼的建设及部分已经投入试运行的开放课程资源重蹈覆辙,文章通过文献分析法、实际考察法对阻碍精品课程应用效果的关键因素进行深入剖析,从中获得启示,并从加深应用层次、扩大应用范围两个维度探索促进开放课程资源应用效率的方式方法,以期为新一轮开放课程资源的高效建设与广泛应用提供借鉴,并促进已有精品课程继续发挥作用,服务学习型社会建设.

Abstract:Since the initiating of high-quality course project, thousands of courses have been de- veloped, but few of them have been effectively used in practice and have lost their original vigor. Following the high-quality course project, a. new round of open course resource such as quality open course, micro lesson, MOOCS enter into the view of researchers on higher education and distance education, administrators, educators and learners. To prevent the current construction and the open course resources from following the old way of not being well used, this paper gives a through inter- pretation on the key factors that hinder the practical effect of high-quality courses through analysis of literature and practical investigation, and explores the ways to improve the application efficiency of open course resources from the perspective of deepening application level and expanding applica- tion scope, so as to provide some suggestions on the high--efficient construction and wide applica- tion of a new round of open course resources, and to promote the existing high-quality courses to serve the construction of a learning-oriented society.
