摘    要:开展气象教育远程培训是气象部门实现人才队伍建设与发展的重要途径之一,气象远程教育培训效果直接关系到气象工作者整体素质的提高。本研究主要采用问卷调查等方法,从个人特征因素、培训自身因素和组织特征因素三个维度找出影响气象远程教育培训效果的因素。通过对回收问卷的数据分析,确定了影响气象远程教育培训的主要因素。只有对这些因素进行有效控制,才能有效提高气象远程教育培训的效果。对此,要强化技术支持,进一步改善基层的远程学习环境;要加强制度建设,形成长效机制;要整合气象系统相关的国内外优质资源,实现资源共享。

Abstract:Carrying out meteorological distance learning is one of the important ways to realize the construction and development of specialized staff in the meteorological department, while its effect has a direct influence on the overall quality of meteorological workers. By analyzing the data obtained from questionnaires, this research found that the influential factors of meteorological distance learning from personal, training and organizational aspects. Only by taking fully advantages of those factors can meteorological distance learning be effectively improved. Therefore, we should enhance the techniques, further improving the distance study environment of the grass--roots; enhance the institutional construction so as to form a long-lasting system; collect the excellent resources abroad on meteorology, making them available to everyone.
