广东省成人高等教育发展现状和趋势探析

成人高等教育是我国高等教育的重要组成部分,在构建学习型社会的终身教育体系中起着重要的作用。广东省是人口大省,高等教育在不断发展,包括成人高等教育在内的高等教育总规模持续增大。广东省成人高等教育能主动适应广东经济建设与社会发展的需要;能注重师资建设,其办学条件日益改善、办学层次分明、办学形式多样、专业设置齐全;能加强质量监管,保证成人高等教育教学质量和水平。不过,广东省成人高等教育还存在着明显不足。本文在分析广东省成人高等教育现状的基础上,对未来发展趋势进行了探讨,其目的在于进一步推动广东省成人高等教育发展。

On the Current Situation and Tendency of Adult Higher Education in Guangdong Province

Adult higher education is an important part of higher education in China, and plays an important role in lifelong education system in the construction of learning society. Since Guangdong is a province with large population, higher education keeps developing, and its overall scale, including the adult higher education, continues growing. The adult higher education in Guangdong actively adapts to the demand of economic and social development in Guangdong, stressing the importance of teaching staff and better their working conditions with well tiered teaching levels, diverse education forms and well-equipped facilities. And it also attach great importance to enhance the supervision of teaching quality, safeguarding the quality and standard of adult higher education. However, there are still some deficiencies of the adult higher education in Guangdong. This paper, based on the analysis of current situations of Guangdong adult higher education, discussed the future development of adult higher education with a view to further improving its development.
