| 摘 要： | 随着经济全球化和知识经济的到来,企业间的竞争日益表现为人才的竞争,是否拥有高素质的员工队伍关系到企业的生存和发展。提高员工素质、增强企业核心竞争力的重要手段是要培养与培训企业员工终身学习能力。本文以企业员工终身学习能力培养为研究对象,阐述企业如何培养员工的终身学习能力。

| Abstract: | With the advent of economic globalization and the knowledge economy, the competition among enterprises has increasingly presented as the competition for talents. The high-quality workforce is related to a company＇s survival and development. And the important means to improve staffs＇ quality and to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises is to foster and train employees ＇ lifelong learning ability. This paper takes the training of employees＇ lifelong learning ability as the research objective, and suggested what enterprises should do. |
