美国成人高等教育招生制度对我国的启示

美国成人高等教育总体来说处于一个比较高的水平,从招生层面来看,美国成人高等教育具有灵活性、多元性、服务性等特点,其成功经验值得我国学习和借鉴。针对我国成人高等教育招生制度在招生计划层面、考试定位层面以及成人高等教育特色层面所存在的主要问题,分析和借鉴美国高等成人教育招生制度,可以在我国成人高等教育招生制度的改革方面提供新的思路,进一步深化我国成人高等教育招生制度改革,从而促进我国成人高等教育的发展。

Enlightenments of the US Adult Higher Education Enrollment System

The adult higher education of America is well-developed. This paper focused on the features of the enrollment system of the U. S. adult higher education, which are flexibility, diversi- ty, and service-orientation. Aiming at the major problems in admission plan, orientation of en- trance examination and characteristic education in the enrollment system of China＇s adult higher ed- ucation, analyzing the US adult higher education enrollment system and use it as a reference will provide new ideas for the reform of our enrollment system in adult higher education so as to deepen the reform and develop the ＇aldult higher education in China.
