高校教师职业倦怠与继续教育探析

摘    要:职业倦怠是一种职业心理疾病,由于特有的社会、组织、个体及工作因素使得高校教师成为职业倦怠的易发群体。职业倦怠给教师、学生和教学都带来了不利的影响。自我效能感越强,个体的职业倦怠就越弱,因此,通过继续教育以培养自我效能感是缓解教师职业倦怠的有效途径。良好的继续教育设计应当包括科学的教育目标、具有可选择性的教育内容、完善的教育评估机制及经费投入机制。只有这样才能更好地调动教师的积极性,增强高校教师对工作的兴趣。

Abstract:Vocational burnout is a kind of occupational mental illness. It is easily occurred a- mong college teachers due to unique factors from society, organization, individual and work and has brought adverse effects to teachers, students and teaching. The stronger the self-efficacy is, the weaker one's vocational burnout will be. Therefore, cultivating self-efficacy by continuing educa- tion is an effective way to relieve teachers' vocational burnout. And effective design for continuing education should include the goal, content, method, evaluation and guarantee mechanism of continuing education. Only in this way can we arouse teachers' enthusiasm better, and enhance their interest in their job.
