国外自我导向学习模式研究述评

摘    要:模式是连接理论与实践的中介桥梁,既反映学者的理论思想,又对实践操作具有一定指导意义。在自我导向学习理论研究方面国外众多学者构建了不同类型的模式。根据不同侧重点,可以将国外七种具有代表性的自我导向学习模式归纳为三类:因素分析类模式、过程分析类模式和情境分析类模式。研究国外各种自我导向学习模式旨在促进这些模式在我国构建学习型社会过程中实践运用与推广。

Abstract:As a bridge connecting theory to practice, model not only reflects the scholars' theo- retical thinking, but also serves as a guide to practice. In their research on self-directed learning theory, foreign scholars constructed various models. This paper analyzed seven representative mod- els which could be divided into three categories: factor analysis model, process analysis model and situation analysis model. The purpose is to promote the application of various foreign research mod- els of self-directed learning in building a learning society in China.
