| 摘 要： | 在知识经济时代,人才,特别是高层次人才已成为国家发展的最重要战略资源。文章从系统组成、层次结构、学历、年龄结构、类型结构和行业分布等5个方面调查分析了重庆市高层次人才现状的数量特征,根据这些特征,提出了加快高层次人才队伍建设,改善高层次人才结构的几个建议。

| Abstract: | Talents, especially senior talents,have been become one of the most important strategic resources for state development in the economic era of knowledge. This paper has investigated and analyzed the present situational characteristics of senior talents in Chongqing from the views of personnel composition, administrative level, education background, age, type, industrial distribution structures;and proposed some suggestions for accelerating the construction of senior talented personnel and improving their structure in Chongqing. |
