| 摘 要： | 给出约束最优化问题的一个强适定性定义.并给出了最优化问题是强适定性的一个充分性条件是适定性的最优化问题的约束更具有局部误差界.讨论了它与一类罚函数方法的收敛性关系.

| Abstract: | In this paper,we give the definition of strong well-posedness for constrained optimization problems.In addition,a sufficient condition for the strong well-posedness is given in trems of the existence of the so-called local error bounds of the constraints of the optimization problem.This definition of strong well-posedness is used to study the convergence of a class of penalty function methods. |
