| 摘 要： | 用问题树分析的方法分析城市与区域规划可行性这一问题，提出城市与区域规划要达到的三大目标，即提高规划质量、提高规划主体素质、完善规划体制，并提出了解决问题的策略。

| Abstract: | Now with the change of global economic environment and the acceleration of the market economy and urbanization in our country, the fact that the feasibility about urban and regional planning in our country is not well going on comes to be obvious day by day.This paper analyzes this problem by PAT and raises three aims-improved quality of planning,improved quality of main body and perfected system of planning.Meanwhile, the paper puts forward two tactics to deal with the problem on base of analysis. |
