多孔壳聚糖微球的制备研究

摘    要:对多空壳聚糖微球的制备工艺条件进行了研究.以环己烷作致孔剂,利用液体石蜡作有机分散介质,戊二醛作为交联剂,采用悬浮交联法进行制备.多孔壳聚糖微球最佳制备条件为:反应温度60℃,pH8~9,提取时间48 h,可得到90%的多孔壳聚糖微球大小为3~12μm.该法具有耗时短,制备的壳聚糖微球粒径小、粒度分布窄、多孔性等特点.

Abstract:The preparation technology of porous chitosan microspheres were studied in this paper.Suspend intersect-connect method was adopted by using cyclohexane as porogen agent,paraffin liquid as dispersed phase and cutaraldehyde as cross-linking agent.Optimum were showed that the reaction temperature is 60℃,the pH value is 8-9,the abstract time is 48 hours.The preparation method have timeconsuming short,the character of chitosan microspheres have micron-grade diameter,the distributing granularity was narrow,the microspheres have celtularity,and so on.
