| 摘 要： | 对72例(男37例,女35例)大学生因运动导致非外伤性疾病进行调查分析.结果表明,发生的主要原因为身体素质差、运动量过大、运动不科学和思想上重视程度不够运动前准备不足等.并根据发病的特点和规律,提出针对性的防范措施.
