微波辐射相转移催化下水相合成查尔酮

摘    要:苯甲醛及对苯二甲醛与苯乙酮衍生物在碳酸钠水溶液中,以TBAB为相转移催化剂,经微波辐射合成查尔酮和双查尔酮.该法反应时间短,产率高,操作简便.

Abstract:A series of 3-aryl-3-oxo-3-propenyl)benzenes (3) and 1,4-bis(3-aryl-3-oxo-3-propenyl) benzenes (5) were synthesized from the condensation reaction of benzaldehyde (1) or 1,4-benzenedialdehydes (4) and acetophenone (2) by using sodium carbonate as catalyst in water under microwave irradiation and phase transfer catalysis. These reactions were completed in 1~5 min with good yields and work-up easy.
