| 摘 要： | 建立了反相高效液相色谱法测定蛹虫草中腺苷含量的方法.在选定条件下,测定腺苷的线性范围为1.27～50.5μg/mL,检出限量为0.18ng.回收率平均值为103.4%,RSD为0.367%.该方法灵敏、快速、准确,对人工培植虫草中腺苷的进行了检测,结果满意.

| Abstract: | A HPLC method for determining the contents of adenosine in cordyceps militaris Link. There was good linearity in range of 1.27～ 50.5?μg/mL (r=0.9999) for adenosine. The average recoveries of adenosine were 103.4%,RSD were 0.367%. This method is easy rapid and accurate. It has been used to determine the adenosine in cordyceps militaris Link with satisfactory results. |
