基于液晶标靶的坐标测量方法

摘    要:提出一种基于液晶标靶的坐标测量方法.通过最小二乘优化的方法确定摄像机主点与坐标测量头的坐标转换关系,结合摄像机外参数确定测量头的三维坐标,将摄像机用于光学三维坐标的测量,提出了相机移动时的坐标变换公式和移动距离的计算方法.实验结果表明,平面标靶标定点数量显著增多,可精确提取标定点,摄像机的标定结果更加准确.该方法简单、可靠,可以准确的得到光学坐标测量结果.

Abstract:A method based on LCD target is presented for 3D coordinate measurement.It mainly consists of two parts:one is a probe can move freely in three dimensions,where a miniature camera was fixed,and the other part is a LCD target.Application of a LCD target of the camera calibration techniques allows camera intrinsic parameters were calibration.The relationship was determined between the principle point and the coordinates of the camera probes by least-squares optimization method.So that,the three-dimensional coordinate of the probe can be determined.In this paper,we measure three-dimensional coordinate of the object with a camera,get the formula of the coordinate transformation and moving distance.In the measurement,the number of the fixed points increase,which lead to the calibration results of the camera to be more accurate,and the measurement accuracy will be more reliable.The experimental results show that the method is simple,reliable,and can carry out optical coordinate measuring with high precision.
