| 摘 要： | 为了保证人民群众的生命财产安全,加强对液化石油气钢瓶的监管,预防和减少事故,根据《特种设备安全法》、《特种设备安全监察条例》、《气瓶充装许可规则》、《气瓶安全监察规定》等特种设备法律法规和安全技术规范的要求,结合液化石油气钢瓶使用的实际情况,提出液化石油气钢瓶管理使用的几点意见。

| Abstract: | In order to ensure the safety of people＇s lives and properties, strengthen the supervision and administration of LPG cylinders to prevent and reduce accidents, a few comments on the management and use of LPG cylinders were proposed on the basis of the ＂Special Equipment Safety Law＂, ＂Cylinder Filling Licensing Rules＂, ＂Regulations on Safety Supervision of Special Equipments＂, ＂Cylinders Safety Monitoring Requirements＂ and other technical requirements of special equipment safety laws and regulations, as well as practical status of LPG cylinders application. |
