| 摘 要： | 随机抽样甘肃籍09级大学生15266名,进行体质健康测试,测试结果表明:甘肃籍男、女大学生平均体重、身高均高于全国同龄大学生(P<0.01和P<0.05),男、女大学生肺活量比全国大学生平均值高491mL和225mL,具有显著性差异(P<0.01),男大学生握力、女大学生坐位体前屈平均值均高于全国男、女大学生平均值,具有显著性差异(P<0.01);而男、女大学生台阶指数均低于全国平均值5.33、5.69,差异明显(P<0.01),素质指标立定跳远,均低于全国平均值13.98cm、11.02cm,呈显著性差异(P<0.01);在大学生常数指标中,甘肃籍男大学生肺活量体重指数、握力体重指数BMI指数均高于全国大学生均值(P<0.01),而台阶体重指数低于全国大学生均值P<0.01);甘肃籍女大学生肺活量体重指数、台阶体重指数、BMI指数均低于全国大学生平均P<0.01);甘肃籍男、女大学生克托莱指数处于正常范围之内,营养良好;本研究结果可为高校公共体育课教学改革和提高大学生健康水平提供参考依据.
