| 摘 要： | 根据前期对本科毕业设计新模式的构想,结合笔者指导的2013年教学研究项目的实践,建立工程项目团队形式,通过各专业学生组建设计小组,并实施了校内外双导师制,通过以项目团队模式完成设计过程,学生受益匪浅。使学生意识到工作过程的团队精神,最终完成一份较为完整系统的工程设计书以及施工图纸。旨在为以后更好地实施教学项目和进行教学改革提供参考。

| Abstract: | According to preliminary concept of integrated project partnership team,and practice of 2013 teaching and research project,this paper proposed construction of engineering graduate design project to adopt partnership team mode,with innovative subject and refining graduation design from practice as foundation、with the graduation design as the research object、takes the group as the experimental form、with team cooperation as the research center,which can enhance students＇ interest and enthusiasm in the graduation design.Students have gained a great deal by the completion of the design process with the project team model,and have aware of the team work,ultimately completed a more comprehensive engineering design.It may provide a reference for future implementing teaching projects and teaching reform. |
