| 摘 要： | 应用型本科人才培养,是地方性本科院校的一个重要目标.地方高校应用型本科人才培养应该从以下4个方面着手:教学目标定位方面,要面向基层,注重实践,培养基础牢固、专业突出的应用型本科人才;教学准备方面,教学内容和教材要紧扣实际;课堂教学方面,要注重兴趣教学、改进多媒体教学;实践教学方面,要运用多种教学形式提高教学效果、注重创新思维能力的培养.

| Abstract: | The cultivation of undergraduate is an important target of local college.This paper showed four point on the cultivation of undergraduate of local college: teaching aim must pay more attention to practice to train solid foundation of applied undergraduate;teaching content must contact to practice;classroom teaching must arouse the interest of students and reform multi-media education.Practice teaching must use diverse form education to cultivate creative thinking of students. |
