| 摘 要： | 在我国职业足球劳动市场中存在着三种局部均衡力量，分别是俱乐部的运动员，俱乐部的教练员以及俱乐部的管理人员．本文利用微观经济学局部均衡分析的基本理论，对这三种主要的局部均衡力量中俱乐部的运动员的人力资本投资，俱乐部教练员的作用和评价以及俱乐部的管理人员的委托一代理关系进行了较详细的局部均衡的论证．

| Abstract: | In Chinese professional football labor market, there are three kinds of major power of partial equilibrium,which are professional football player,professional football coach,professional managerial hierarchy.With the theory of partial equilibrium of microeconomics,the analysis elaborately demonstrates investment of human capital of professional football player,effect of and evaluation of professional football coach,and relationship of principal-agent of professional managerial hierarchy. |
