| 摘 要： | 利用紫外分光光光度法测定了诺氟沙星胶囊中诺氟沙星的含量.选定波长为277nm,对实验数据进行线性回归,列出了回归方程(A=0.0055c-0.017,r=0.9999),标准偏差为0.66%,回收率为100.02%.该方法简便、快速、准确,可以普及推广使用于诺氟沙星胶囊中诺氟沙星含量的测定.

| Abstract: | In this paper,the analytical method of determination norfoxacian in the capsules using UV-spectrum was introduced.When the detection wavelength was selected as 277nm in 0.1mol/ L HCl solution,we got a linear regression equation(A=0.0055c-0.017,r=0.9999).The standard deviation was 0.66% and recovery was 100.02%.It showed that the method of determination norfoxacian in the capsules using UV-spectrum is simple,feasible and reliable. |
