| 摘 要： | 对中国移动目前的战略管理体系框架进行了研究和分析,探寻其主要的不足,并且结合战略管理理论对其进行了新的设计和改进.将原有体系3个核心模块发展为7层结构的新模型,提出在该模型的基础上,建立战略目标分解体系和战略行动分解体系,对如何进一步提高企业战略管理的有效性进行了研究和探讨.
