| 摘 要： | 城市中学生体质的下降,要求我们对现有的体育教学进行反思,户外运动是一项极具挑战性和吸引力的运动,它对弥补现行体育教学的不足,提高学生体育锻炼的积极性、丰富业余生活、培养社会适应能力等方面都有独特的作用.本文就在城市中学开展户外运动课程的可行性与必要性进行了研究,以期为户外运动课程在城市中学开展提供理论依据.

| Abstract: | The physical decline of middle school students in urban areas should be given a urgent introspection for the current physical education.Outdoor sports have great challenge and attraction,compensate for the shortcoming of the existing physical education.Meanwhile,it is a beneficial way for motivate students’ enthusiasm in sports,enrich their extracurricular life and cultivate their adaptability to the society.It was studied in this paper that the necessity and feasibility of outdoor sport course in urban middle schools.It was hope to provide some theoretic foundation for its carrying out. |
