| 摘 要： | 考虑到粒子群中每个粒子周围的局部信息对它未来飞行的影响，为此本文改进了基本粒子群优化的速度方程．提出了一种带有局部信息策略的粒子群优化算法，对典型优化问题的实例仿真说明了带有局部信息策略的粒子群优化算法具有更好的全局搜索能力和更高的计算精度．

| Abstract: | Considering the local information of each particle to affect largely on its future flying,its speed equation of basic is improved,a particle swarm optimization algorithm with local information strategy is proposed.Numerical test shows that the algorithm is better than the basic PSO in global optimization performance and computation accuracy. |
