| 摘 要： | 通货紧缩与需求不足是我国经济进入20世纪90年代中期以后宏观经济的一个显特点，而与此相对应的是居民储蓄存款却呈持续上升趋势。本从分析造成我国居民储蓄存款增长的原因及储蓄向投资和消费转化的障碍入手，探讨了如何综合运用各种金融调控机制和手段来实现储蓄向投资和消费的有效转化，从而保持宏观经济的良性循环和发展。

| Abstract: | The deflation and demand lack has become one of the remarkable characteristics in the macroeconomy since1990s.Correspondingly the deposit has continuously increased.After analyzing the reason for the increase of deposit and the obstacle of the transfer for denizen deposit to investment and co-sumption,this paper discusses how to realize the effective transfer of the deposit to investment and con-sumption for the macroeconomic circulation and development well-orderedly. |
