摘    要:外语教学过程应该是一个教师自我反思、自我理解、自我完善、自我提高的过程。反思教学是探索和反思教师课堂教学经验的一种有效手段,它能使教师的认知水平不断提高,教学行为不断改进,教学效果不断提高,是教师提高业务水平的一种强有力的促进因素。

Abstract:The process of foreign language teaching should be a process of self|reflection, self|understanding, self|perfection and self|improvement made by a teacher. Reflective teaching is an effective approach to reflectiving classroom teaching experience. It enables teachers to develop cognitive power, improve teaching methods and better teaching effects. It contributes greatly to enhancing teachers' competence and qualification.
