| 摘 要： | 从安全性、人性和多样性三个方面讨论了液态乳制品的生产技术和发展趋势，首先提出采用国际公认的GMP和HACCP系统提高液态乳制品生产的安全性，其次乳品生产企业应以消费为本进行产品设计和营销，最后介绍了液态乳制品特别是发酵乳的发展趋势。
