论清末法政学堂之学制

清末各省仿照《京师法政学堂章程》来建立本省的法政学堂,以满足本省对法政人才的需要。在这个过程中,各省根据本省实际情况,对学制进行相应的改变,使法政人才的培养混乱,对当时法学教育的发展产生了不利影响。

On the Educational System of the Administrative and Law Schools in the Late Qing Dynasty

Based on the Regulations of Peking Administrative and Law School,provinces of the late Qing dynasty etablishes their respective administrative and law schools to cultivate their administrative and law talents.However,each province changes parts of the educational system for the specific contexts of situation of them are varied,which means that the cultivation of administrative and law talents across the country does not follow the same standard so that it exerts negative influence in law education of the country as a whole.
