百色起义前后广西党建工作

百色起义前后,在邓小平等人的领导下,创造性地开展党建工作,不仅从组织上建党,建立了一支由少数民族优秀分子组成的党员队伍,而且注重从思想上建党,重视对党员开展政治思想工作,提高其政治思想素质,同时贯彻执行民主集中制原则,并严格党纪,建立健全地方党部与支部生活。这一时期广西党建工作成绩卓著,为以后广西革命工作的进一步开展奠定了基础。

Guangxi Party Building before and after Bose Uprising

Before and after Bose Uprising,under the leadership of Deng Xiaoping and other leaders, work of Party building was conducted in a creative way.A group of party members composed of the outstanding elements of ethnic minority was established for Party organization;and ideologically, attention was put on developing party members＇ ideological and political work,enhancing their political and ideological quality.At the same time,emphasis was also put on implementing the principle of democratic centralism and strict party discipline,and establishing the sound life for the local Party headquarters and branches.The outstanding achievements of party bulding in Guangxi during this period laid the foundation for the further development of Guangxi＇ s reuolution.
