| 摘 要： | 提出并实现了一种应用89C51单片机作为控制器的H.261视频图像编码系统，单片机实时完成量化控制，实验中通过串行通信接口输出编码系统的控制结果，实验表明，系统性能良好，获得了预期的图像质量。

| Abstract: | A H.261 video and image coding system, which employ single chip processor 89C51 as system controller, is proposed and realized .The single chip processor accomplishes quantify control in real time, The coding system's controlling results is outputted through the serial interface port. The experiment shows that the proposed system performances perfectly and expected image quality is obtained. |
