| 摘 要： | 本文提出了一种快速自动测试平面光栅光谱衍射效率曲线的新方法.分析表明,该方法不仅可实现平面光栅衍射效率曲线的快速自动测量,并有效地消除光源强度波动的影响,而且可同时适用于绝对光谱衍射效率和相对光谱衍射效率的自动测试,其测试速度和精度比一般方法提高一倍.

| Abstract: | This paper suggests a new method of rapid and automatic measuring the spectral diffraction efficiency curve of plane grating. the analysis indicates that this method can not only realize automatic measurement of the diffraction efficiency curve of plane grating (and effectively climination the effect of light source fluctuation), but also be used for automatic measurement of the absolute and relative spectral diffraction efficiency of planc grating, it's meas-uring accutacy and speed will rise one time. |
