| Abstract: | An effective algorithm for voiced/unvoiced sounds discrimination and pitch tracking smoothing is presented.The algorithm can improve the accuracy of pitch estimation, especially reduce the detecting error in unstable speech segment. So it comes to realize a better synthesized voice based on low bit-rates coders. |
