硫脲和苯基硫脲的缓蚀性能研究

摘    要:利用电化学方法测定铁电极的动态极化曲线和镀有薄失的银电极的氧化曲线,研究硫脲和苯基硫脲在0.1mol/lKCl酸性溶液中对铁的缓蚀情况,结果表明:苯基硫脲和硫脲是阴阳极混合型缓蚀剂,缓蚀效果是苯基硫脲比脲好,温度低时比温度高时好。

Abstract:The dynamic polarization curve of iron electrode and oxidation curve of silver electrode covered with electrodeposited iron were measurered by electrochemical methods to study the inhibition of thiourea and phenykhiourea adsorded on the iron surface in 0.1mol/1 KC1 acid solution(pH = 3. 8)It is concluded that thiourea and phenykhiourea are inhibitors which inhibite both the anode and cathode process. The phenylthiourea's inhibition is better than thiourea's and the inhibition at lower temperature is better than that at higher temperature.
