环保型活性白土干燥剂的性能研究

摘    要:以内蒙古杭锦2#土为原料制备了环保型活性白土干燥剂,研究了活性白土干燥剂在不同湿度下的吸湿性、逆吸附性与可再生性,并将其性能与相同条件下的硅胶干燥剂进行对比.结果表明,相对湿度在25%,50%,70%时,粉末状活性白土干燥剂的饱和吸水率可达9.1%,15.4%,29.9%,且具有良好的可再生性和一定的逆吸附性.

Abstract:An environment-friendly activated clay desiccant is prepared with Inner Mongolia Hang Jin 2 # activated clay as raw materials.The performance of hygroscopicity,inverse absorption and renewable ability of activated clay desiccant at different humidity is studied and compared with silica gel desiccant under the same conditions.The results show that the activated clay desiccant has good renewable and inverse absorption ability,with the saturated water absorption of 9.1%,15.4%,29.9% under RH=25%,RH=50%,RH=70% c...
