不同运动专项训练与心理准备状态对全身反应时的影响

对41名不同体育专项学生进行了全身简单反应时、全身选择反应时．以及其他相关指标的测试．结果表明，不同专项学生间全身反应时(RT)、完成动作时间(MT)及纵跳高度存在明显差异；短跑专项组学生全身反应时的各指标均优于其他两组学生；RT与MT呈高度线性相关，RT与反应潜伏期(PRT)呈低、中度线性相关，下肢爆发力指数与MT也呈低度线性相关．同一专项组学生的全身简单反应时与全身选择反应时的差异．主要由反应时潜伏期差异所引起，动作时间无显著差异．表明不同心理准备状态主要影响全身反应时的潜伏期，而对动作时间的影响不明显．

EFFECTS OF THE MENTAL PREPARATORY SETS AND DIFFERENT SPORTS TRAINING ON TOTAL BODY REACTION TIME

41 students who specialize in different sports items participated in the experiment aiming to reveal the correlation between total body simple reaction time and total body choice reaction time.The results show that there is an obvious difference in their total body reaction time (RT),motor time (MT) and height of vertical jumping.Sprinters' performance are far better in total body reaction time than those in other two groups.And there are much close linear correlation between RT and MT,a low or medium linear correlation between PR and pre-reaction time (PRT) as well as a low linear correlation between legs power index and MT.The difference between total body simple reaction time and total body choice time showed by students in the group of same specialized items comes from the difference in PRT but not in MT,which suggests that different mental preparatory sets mainly influence PRT in total body reaction time but hardly MT.
