| 摘 要： | 采用改进的线性组合算符和幺正变换方法，研究量子点中强耦合束缚极化子的速率对声子平均数的影响，导出了强耦合情况下束缚极化子的声子平均数．结果表明，声子平均数随极化子的速率、库仑束缚势和电子-LO声子耦合常数的增加而增大．

| Abstract: | The influence of velocity of the strong-coupling bound polaron in quantum dots on the average number of phonons were studied using improved linear combination operator and unitary transformation method,and the average numbers of phonons were calculated. The results showed that the average number of phonons will increase with increasing the velocity of the bound polaron,the coulomb potential and the electron-LO phonon coupling constant. |
