大运动量训练对柔道运动员血清离子浓度的影响

摘    要:对11名男子柔道运动员进行了大运动量训练课有,后血清离子浓度的测定,并观察运动训练对运动员血清离子浓度的影响。结果表明,男子柔道运动员大运动量训练高校有血清钾,钠,钙,镁浓度在普通人正常值范围或高于正常值,而训练后即刻血清镁明显降低,血清钾也减少,训练后24h血清钾,镁仍低于训练前水平,但血清钠和钙变化不明显。

Abstract:Using a full automatic X ray florescence spectrograph 3080E3,the serum ionic concentration were measured in 11 male judo atheletes on before and after a heavy intensity exercise class.The reaults showed that: beforethe heavy intensity exercise class,the serum ionic concentration of male judo atheletes was in normal or higher than ordinary people.Right after the exercise class the serum magnesiam concentration was very notable decreased ( P <0.01);the concentration of potassium reduced too ( P <0.05),even after 24 hour the concentration of serum potassium and magnesiam were still lower than pre training class.however the concentration of serum sodinm and calcium changed very little before and after a havey intensity exercise class.
