| 摘 要： | 为了探讨鄂尔多斯半日花的保护措施及其科学利用价值,测定了该植物6种不同溶剂的粗提物在100g/L时对番茄镰刀茎病菌、稻曲病菌、棉花黄萎病菌V991、黄瓜黑星病菌、芦笋茎枯病菌、葡萄炭疽病菌和苹果黑星病菌7种植物病原菌的抑菌活性.结果表明,乙酸乙酯粗提物的总体抑菌效果最好,对番茄镰刀茎病菌、棉花黄萎病菌V991和黄瓜黑星病菌的抑菌活性很强,抑菌率均高达100%,对稻曲病菌亦达80.1%; 水煮粗提物对5种植物病原菌抑菌活性较强; 6种粗提物对芦笋茎枯病菌的抑菌活性普遍偏低.
