| 摘 要： | 从不同榈中分离出能分解纤维素菌２９株，经复筛得到产纤维素酶活力较高菌有６株，其中ＨＴ３细菌酶活力最高。该菌产酶为胞外分泌，在最适条件下培养，酶活力可达５．１Ｕ。

| Abstract: | strains of cellulose decomposing bacteria were isolated and selected from different sample. 6 strains of high cellulase activity were gain by reapt selection,among with the HT 3 is the most active.The cellulase of the HT 3 is cell outside scretion.The cellulase activity reaches 5.1U under the most suitable culture condition. |
