| 摘 要： | 随着社会经济的发展，土默特左旗农业用水资源的供需矛盾日益突出，水已经成为制约该区农业发展的主要因素之一，通过系统地了解区域水利建设的发展过程，找出农业发展中水土资源利用中存在问题，有针对性地提出了符合当地农业可持续发展的节水型生态农业方式。

| Abstract: | With the growth of socio economy, contradiction between water supply and demand in agriculture is becoming increasingly acute and water has become an important restraint to agricultural development.On the basis of comprehensive investigation on the development of regional water conservancy works and finding out the problems concerning water resource utilization in agricultural development,the water saving agro ecology model for the sustainable development of agriculture is put forward in this paper. |
