不同浓度甲醇对油麦菜光合作用和产量的影响

摘    要:以2%,5%,10%,15%,20%等不同浓度的甲醇叶面喷施叶菜植物油麦菜,实验结果表明,2%甲醇处理对油麦菜叶片气孔开度有明显的促进作用;5%和10%甲醇处理对油麦菜有明显的增产作用。甲醇与其他光合促进剂有效配伍,可考虑作为一种良好的叶面肥或光合促进剂进行大田推广。

Abstract:Different concentration solution(2%,5%,10%,15%,20%,Diluted with distilled water) of methanol,as leaf surface fertilizer,were applied on leaves of leaf-used lettuce from 10:30 to 12:00 every five to seven days in sunny day.The results demonstrated that methanol of 2% significantly promoted stomatal opening.Methanol of 5% and 10% significantly increased the content of photosynthetic pigments,photosynthetic rate and the net biomass (or economic yield) of leaf-used lettuce without any toxicity.Proper combination of methanol and other photosynthetic accelerants will play an important role in field as leaf surface fertilizer.
