| 摘 要： | 根据1998∽2003年呼和浩特市土地变更调查资料，研究了呼和浩特市土地利用在时间和空间上的变化特征，并从人文因素方面分析了引起这种变化的驱动因素，从而为正确认识当前土地利用中的合理和不合理之处，为制定长期、可持续发展的土地管理政策和土地规划提供依据．

| Abstract: | According to 1998-2003 land use change data of Huhhot city,the characteristics of the timing and spatial change of land use are studied.And the driving factors that comes from the human factors are analyzed.Thus the reasonable and unreasonable exploitation methods in current land use can be recognized,and the land management for the long-term and sustainable development can be established. |
