摘    要:运用心阻抗二阶微分图分析了9 名体育系女生在心率为130 次·min - 1 时,运动45 min 的 S T I和 D T I的变化趋势.结果表明,运动中 S V、 C O 均有不同程度的升高,这是由于心肌收缩性和舒张期心脏顺应性提高的综合结果;但在运动中 S V、 C O 的变化幅度基本不变,提示这一负荷对经常从事运动的青年人心脏功能的锻炼效果有限

Abstract:A study was undertaken to analyze the tendency to systolic time interval(STI) and diastolic time interval(DTI) during prolonged exercise with ICG (d 2 Z /d t 2).Nine health female students of the PE. Dept. performed 45?min exercise at workload controlled so as to keep the HR at 130?bpm on a bicycle ergometer.It was concluded that an increasing in SV and CO during exercise resulted from the increasing in myocardial contractility and ventricular compliance.But SV and CO kept steadily throughout exercise,which manifested that it is a limited effect on developing the cardiac function for the young people who often take exercise to take this load.
