摘    要:井下的温度和压力是直接影响石油采收率的重要因素。文中介绍了一种光纤光栅油井井下压力传感器,该传感器的量程大于50 MPa,长期工作温度为-20~170℃,测量精度达到0.5%FS,经增敏后光纤光栅的压力系数为41.92 pm/MPa。本传感器可对油井井下的温度及压力长时间实时在线远距离监测,另外还具有结构简单、测量精度高、易于组网、本质安全等优点。在中国海油天津实验井实现了成功测井,突破了国内油井井下压力传感器的实验室研究界限,对油田提高采收率具有重要的意义。

Abstract:Temperature and pressure are two significant reasons directly affecting oil production rate. This paper presents a new Fiber Bragg Grating (FBG) based pressure sensor for oil well application. This sensor breaks through domestic laboratory limitations for the oil well application of a pressure sensor and is quite significant for the increase of oil production rate. Its performance parameters are measurement range of greater than 50 MPa, working temperature of -20-170℃, measurement accuracy of 0.5% FS, and pressure coefficient of up to 4]. 92 pm/MPa after encapsulation. This sensor has such positives as online, real-time and tong-term detection for the temperature and pressure in an oil well, simple structure, high measurement accuracy, intrinsic safety and easy networking. It has been applied to the Tianjin experimental well of China National Offshore Oil Corporation (CNOOC).
