硝酸银分光光度法测定大气污染物中氯化氢

摘    要:建立了硝酸银分光光度法测定大气污染物中氯化氢的方法。讨论了方法的检测波长、用酸量、显色剂用量和显色溶液稳定时间,确定出最佳实验条件。在0~1μg/mL范围内呈良好线性关系,线性回归方程y=0.070x+0.002,相关系数为0.999 5,测定结果的相对标准偏差为2.4%(n=8),加标回收率96.0%~102%。该方法简便、快速、准确,而且环境友好。

Abstract:We established silver nitrate spectrophotometry to determine the concentration of hydrogen chloride in atmospheric contamination. We also addressed its detection wavelength, acid quantity, developer dosage, and stability time, based on which the optimal experimental condition was determined. Better linear relationship existed in the range of 0 - 1 μg/mL. The linear regression equation was y = 0. 070x + 0. 002 with Correlation coefficient of 0. 999 5, relative standard deviation of 2.4% (n = 8), and recovery rate of 96.0% -102%. Experiments show that the approach is simple, rapid, accurate and environment friendly.
