倾斜波纹翅片振荡流热管的三维数值模拟研究

摘    要:对平板翅片和倾角分别为15°、30°、45°的波纹翅片振荡流热管的流体流动和传热过程进行了数值模拟研究,得到了流体的温度和速度分布,并将其进行比较分析。模拟结果表明波纹翅片振荡流热管的传热效果随着倾角的增大而增强,但同时也增大了压力损失。模拟结果对振荡流热管换热器的强化传热研究有一定的指导意义。

Abstract:We performed numerical simulation for the fluid flow and heat transfer process of plane and declined wave fin (15°, 30° and 45° declined angles) on oscillating heat pipe. We also obtained fluid temperature field and velocity field distribution and compared the results. Simulation results show that the heat transfer effect of declined wave fin on oscillating heat pipe increases with the increase of the declined angle, but pressure loss also increases. These simulation results are reference guide to heat transfer enhancement on oscillating heat pipe heat exchanger.
