辣椒总碱对实验动物的镇痛效果研究

目的:探讨辣椒总碱的镇痛作用。方法:观察辣椒总碱溶液对醋酸引起的小鼠扭体反应次数的影响,对小鼠痛阈的影响(热板法),对大鼠痛阈的影响(甩尾法);辣椒总碱软膏对大鼠痛阈的影响(福尔马林炎症痛模型)。结果:辣椒总碱溶液(0.01%、0.03%、0.05%)能显著降低小鼠扭体次数,能显著提高小鼠和大鼠的痛阈值;辣椒总碱软膏(0.09%)能显著提高大鼠的痛阈值。结论:辣椒总碱对小鼠和大鼠具有显著的镇痛作用。

Studies on pharmacological experiments on the abirritation and anti-inflammation effect of capsaicin and its analogues

Objective:To observe the abirritation and anti-inflammation effects of capsaicin and its analogues.Methods:The effect of capsaicin,dissolved in alkali water,on writhing response of mouse;The effect of capsaicin solution on pain threshold of mouse and rat were tested by hot-plate test and tail flick test separately;The effect of capsaicin ointment on the pain threshold of rat was tested by using formalin pain model.Using and acute inflammatory model,in which the mouse ear edema was induced by dimethylbenzene,tested the anti-inflammation effect of capsaicin solution.Using an acute inflammatory model,in which the rat feet swelling induced by formalin,tested the anti-inflammation effect of(capsaicin) ointment on rat feet swelling.Result:The capsaicin solution(0.01%,0.03%,0.05%)can restrict the writhing response(P<0.01)and prolong the pain threshold of mouse and rat remarkably(0.03%-P<(0.05),0.06%-P<(0.01),0.09%-P<0.001);the capsaicin ointment can prolong the pain threshold of rat remarkably(0.01%-P<(0.05%,)0.03%-P<0.001,0.05%-P<0.0001).The capsaicin solution(0.05%)can restrict ear edema of mouse(obviously)(P<0.05)and capsaicin ointment(0.09%)can restrict feet swelling of rat obviously(P<0.05).WTHZ]Conclusion:Capsaicin and its analogues have distinct abirritation and anti-inflammation effect on moust and rat.
