| 摘 要： | 在盆栽条件下，9个木霉菌株对棉花丝核菌立枯病的防治效果为39．71％-82．35％，14个菌株对棉花枯萎病的防治效果为37．5％-75．00％，9个菌株对棉花黄萎病的防治效果为30．49％-65．85％。制备了绿色木霉LTR-2的可湿性粉剂，田问条件下处理种子及灌根，菌剂对棉花枯萎病的防治效果达50．1％-80．0％。 |

| Abstract: | In pot experiments, 9 Trichoderma isolates tested showed 39.71%-82.35% reduction of cotton Rhizoctonia damping-off,14 strains showed 37.5%-75.00% of reduction of Fusarium wilt, and nine stains 30.49%-65.85% reduction of Verticillium wilt. A wettable powder formulation of Trichoderma viride strain LTR-2 was developed, and showed 50.1%-80.0% of reduction of Fusarium wilt of cotton in field trials with seed treatment and soil drenching. |
